Learn More About Sanitary Pressure Transducer

Sanitary pressure sensors use pressure sensors with stainless steel or ceramic isolating diaphragms as signal measuring elements. And through computer automatic testing, the zero point and sensitivity temperature compensation of wide temperature range are carried out by laser trimming technology.

The amplifier circuit is located in the stainless steel housing and converts the sensor signal into a standard output signal. The entire product has passed strict testing and aging screening of components and semi-finished products, and its performance is stable and reliable.

Sanitary pressure sensors are often designed with clamp connections, which allow for easy installation and maintenance. Clamp connections use a clamp and gasket to seal the connection between the sensor and the process. This type of connection is preferred in clean environments because it asy allows for e disassembly and reassembly without the need for tools.

Pressure transmitters offer various installation methods, often customizable to meet user needs. Common methods include threaded and flanged connections.

Threaded connections are the most common and simplest, such as M20*1.5 or 1/4 NPT.

Flanged connections are generally used in harsh conditions such as corrosion and high pressure. Flanges can also be used for remote transmission.

What about Tri-Clamp connections? Clamp-type connections, also known as quick-connect connections, offer advantages such as no pressure taps, higher hygiene standards, and ease of cleaning. They are frequently used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

For example, in the pharmaceutical industry, every bottle of medicine requires high-temperature sterilization and cleaning. Threaded connections can create unsanitary areas, allowing material or impurities to remain and affecting product quality. Tri-Clamp connectors offer easy cleaning and eliminate unsanitary areas.

  • Pressure measurement of gases, liquids, and vapors in industrial processes;
  • Viscous media, hygiene applications;
  • Environmental protection and water treatment;
  • Pharmaceuticals, food and beverage processing;

If you cannot find an answer to your question in our Tri-Clamp Connection Sanitary Pressure Transducer, you can always contact us, and we will be with you shortly.

Flat diaphragm pressure transmitters have a wide range of applications. Besides being customized as Tri-Clamp sanitary pressure transmitters, they can also be customized for flat diaphragm threaded mounting or flanged diaphragm remote mounting.
