Features of Downhole Pressure Sensor
Downhole pressure sensors use advanced off-beam sputtering thin film pressure sensors as the core. Electron beam welding is used to integrate the sputtering thin film pressure sensitive element with the stainless steel pressure joint. It becomes a fully solid-state pressure sensitive element.
The product has undergone rigorous high and low temperature cycles during the production process. No less than two thousand pressure fatigue tests.
The product has the characteristics of high accuracy, wide operating temperature range, small temperature drift, high stability, high reliability, vibration resistance, shock resistance, and radiation resistance.
