FAQ

The 4-20mA temperature sensor converts temperature changes into a 4-20mA current signal output. This kind of sensor is widely used in various industrial control systems because the 4-20mA signal can effectively reduce signal loss during transmission and improve the accuracy and reliability of data.

4-20mA temperature transmitters can be used to monitor the temperature of a variety of environments and substances, such as air, water or substances in industrial processes

Temperature switches and temperature transmitters are both temperature detection devices, but their functions and applications are different.

Temperature switches trigger switching actions when reaching a set temperature threshold and are often used in temperature control and alarm systems. It is a simple on/off control device that does not provide continuous temperature readings.

The temperature transmitter converts the temperature signal into a standardized electrical signal (such as 4-20mA or 0-10V, etc.) for use by remote monitoring and control systems. Temperature transmitters provide continuous temperature monitoring and are suitable for applications requiring precise temperature control and data recording.

The PT100 to 4-20mA transmitter is a device that converts the temperature signal of the PT100 thermal resistor into a 4-20mA current signal.

PT100 is a common temperature sensor that uses platinum (Pt) as the temperature sensing element, and its resistance value changes with temperature.

The PT100 to 4-20mA temperature transmitter can convert the temperature changes detected by the PT100 into a standard 4-20mA current signal, which is convenient for remote transmission and reading by the control system.

RTD temperature transmitter is a temperature transmitter that uses the principle of Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD).

RTD sensors are typically made from platinum or nickel, and their resistance changes with temperature. The RTD temperature transmitter converts the temperature information detected by the RTD sensor into a standard electrical signal (such as 4-20mA or 0-10V) for remote monitoring and control systems.
