Variable Area Flow Meter Benefits
Metal tube float flowmeter (also known as metal rotor flowmeter) has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable operation, wide application range, high accuracy, and easy installation.
Compared with the glass rotor flowmeter, this series of flowmeters has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, safety and reliability, and simple reading.
It can also be used for flow measurement of opaque and corrosive media. The instrument body and flange are made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) or 316L [Japan, America], (1cr|8ni12Mo2Ti).
The conventional model of the orifice plate and float is made of stainless steel. The anti-corrosion model of the orifice plate, float, and inner lining of the tube body are made of anti-corrosion materials PTFE and F46.

More Oxygen Flow Measurement Solutions
Oxygen is a colorless, odorless gas. Oxygen is required for the oxidation of hydrocarbons, the treatment of wastewater, rocket propellants, and for breathing in aviation, spaceflight, and diving for animals and people.
Commonly used several kinds of flowmeters commonly used to measure oxygen: vortex flowmeter, target flowmeter, differential pressure flowmeter, metal tube float flowmeter, and thermal gas mass flowmeter. Let us pay attention to analyze.
Vortex flowmeter to measure oxygen: it itself is not vibration-resistant, the starting flow rate is higher. Can measure the medium of a large flow. Oxygen is a small molecule gas, it is measured in the measurement of its lower line flow can not be measured. For example, vortex flowmeter DN300 caliber corresponds to the flow range of: 4500 ~ 45000 m³/h. In the selection, the vortex flowmeter can not measure the flow of 4500 cubic meters per hour below.
Target type flowmeter to measure oxygen: this flowmeter mainly measures the medium for high viscosity, more impurities, easy to plug, high temperature, low temperature, strong corrosion. If the oxygen flow rate is slow, target type flowmeter does not meet its measurement characteristics.
Differential pressure flowmeter (bar type series flowmeter, orifice plate, wedge, nozzle, V cone, etc.) to measure oxygen: all belong to the throttle device. Measurement through the pressure port pressure, and then converted to flow signal output by the transmitter. In the process of converting the flow signal, the transmitter is prone to zero drift, and the stability of flow is difficult to ensure. Pressure loss is larger than other flow meters, it is difficult to measure accurately under low pressure and low flow rate. Can do general process control, the site without any interference, its accuracy is greater than 2.5%.
Metal rotor flow meter to measure oxygen: this flowmeter is a mechanical flowmeter specializing in measuring small flow gases, the measurement accuracy is 2.5%. There is no advantage in the measurement of large pipe diameter, hydrogen, oxygen, DN150 flow range: 400 ~ 4000 m³/h, the upper limit of flow can only reach 4000 cubic meters per hour, can not meet the site flow.
Thermal gas mass flowmeter to measure oxygen: before leaving the factory has been done to prohibit oil degreasing treatment, to ensure that the flowmeter in the working conditions of the environment of the reliability of the use. The range wave is 100:1; it can fully meet the required flow range. Large caliber pipeline can choose insertion type.
