For volatile measurement media such as liquefied petroleum gas, liquid ammonia, propylene, and propane, we have designed and developed an Anti-Bubble Magnetic Level Gauge. The main chamber of this level gauge incorporates a bubble-eliminating mechanism that effectively suppresses false level readings caused by bubble-induced bouncing of the float ball while ensuring the float ball’s normal vertical movement remains unaffected. This makes it an ideal solution for measuring the liquid level of volatile media.
Features
The Anti-Bubble Magnetic Level Gauge for Liquid Gas is easy to use and boasts the following outstanding features and advantages:
- It uses a float as the sensing element and a magnet to drive the flip plate for indication, thus requiring no energy assistance.
- Through high-sealing and leak-proof technologies, the magnetic level gauge can operate safely and reliably even in harsh environments such as low temperature, high temperature, high pressure, and strong corrosion.
- Due to its high compatibility, the magnetic level gauge has been widely used in industrial production and is an ideal choice for measuring the liquid level in tanks, vessels, and other containers.

Structural Principle
The Anti-Bubble Magnetic Level Gauge for Liquid Gas operates based on the principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling.
When the liquid level in the measured container rises or falls, the float in the main control tube of the level gauge also rises or falls accordingly. The magnet inside the float transmits this information to the local indicator via magnetic coupling, driving the red and white (black) indicator column or flap to rotate 180°.
When the liquid level rises, the indicator column or flap changes from white (black) to red; when the liquid level falls, it changes from red to white (black). The red/white (black) interface on the indicator shows the actual height of the liquid level in the container, thus indicating the liquid level.
