SI-3207 Small Turbine Flow Meter

The SI-3207 small turbine flow meter is specifically designed for measuring small-diameter pipes and low flow rates. It can be used to measure both instantaneous and total flow rates of liquids. Available in sizes from DN2 to DN10. Flow rates range from 30L/h to 160L/h. Customization options include a displayless design, a Hirschmann electrical interface, and a smaller footprint. Three-wire pulse output, two-wire 4-20mA output, or three-wire voltage output are available.

Case Study: Semiconductor Ultrapure Water Measurement

We supplied a customer with a requirement to measure ultrapure water with a conductivity of <0.055μS/cm to avoid metal ion contamination. We supplied them with a small-diameter turbine flow meter, using a PEEK turbine and sapphire bearings, and non-contact capacitive sensing technology. This achieves stable measurement with a reading accuracy of ±0.5%. This results in annual savings of 120,000 tons of water used for wafer rinsing.
