Stainless Steel Pressure Guided Submersible Level Transmitter Working Principle
The gas pressure-guided liquid level transmitter is composed of a stainless steel gas cylinder, a stainless steel capillary tube and a junction box.
The sensor and signal processing circuit are designed inside the junction box. The put-in type gas collector needs to measure the inside of the liquid and is responsible for collecting pressure signals.
The liquid level pressure signal collected from the gas in the gas collector transmits the pressure to the sensor through the stainless steel capillary tube. This avoids direct contact between the sensor and the measured medium. Suitable for high temperature corrosive occasions. Effectively solves the problem of level measurement of high-temperature corrosive liquids and sewage.
When measuring sewage, sludge and other media, the filter structure can be added according to customer requirements.
