SI-100B electronic flow switch-sensor is suitable for various pipe diameter requirements. PNP, NPN, PNP +4-20mA analog output is optional. The switch quantity is continuously adjustable. LED displays flow trend and switch status.

Gas-liquid dual-purpose type. It can be used in pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and can be used for the flow interruption detection of circulating water, cutting fluid and lubricating oil, as well as the idling protection of pumps.

Electronic Flow Switch-Sensor Structure & Principle

Based on the thermal principle, two resistors are contained in the closed probe. One is heated as the detection resistor, and the other is not heated as the reference resistor. When the medium flows, the heat on the heating resistor is taken away. The resistance value is changed. The difference between the two resistors is used as the basis for judging the flow rate.
