CL1-803 contactless torque sensor is a non-contact torque sensor. It is a new product developed by our company based on the strain bridge special technology. It is suitable for various torque measurement occasions with high speed and long time. Both ends are keyed and the maximum speed can reach 8000RPM.

Selection of sensor range

The selection of Contactless Torque Sensor range should be based on the actual maximum torque measured. Under normal circumstances, a certain margin should be left to prevent overload and damage to the sensor.

If the motor you are using is a three-phase induction motor, due to the large instantaneous torque of the motor starting, it is recommended that the torque range should be selected as 2-3 times the rated torque.

Product Matching

The torque frequency signal can be directly transmitted to the computer or PLC for processing.
It can be equipped with a torque power meter to directly display the torque, speed, and power values. The torque and speed are transmitted in two ways, 4-20mA signals, with RS485 communication function.
It can be equipped with a torque controller to directly display the torque value. With upper and lower limit alarms, switch signal (4-20mA/RS485 optional).
It can be equipped with F/I or F/V signal conversion modules. The original frequency signal of the torque sensor can be converted into a standard 4-20mA current or 0-5V/0-10V/voltage or RS485 communication and other common signals.
