What is a dynamic torque sensor?

Dynamic torque sensor is also called torque speed sensor, torque sensor, torque sensor, non-contact torque sensor, rotary torque sensor, etc.

Dynamic torque sensor is mainly used to measure the dynamic torque of rotating machinery, such as motors, engines, turbines, etc.

Its working principle is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, and the torque is calculated by measuring the change of the magnetic field on the rotating shaft.

When the torque acts on the sensor, the teeth or magnets on the shaft are deformed, which in turn changes the magnetic resistance of the magnetic circuit, causing the magnetic lines of force to change. These changing magnetic lines of force will generate an induced electromotive force, the magnitude of which is proportional to the applied torque.

The sensor is equipped with an induction coil, and by measuring the magnitude of the induced electromotive force, the torque applied to the rotating shaft can be calculated.

In addition, the dynamic torque sensor also uses advanced signal processing technology and high-speed sampling technology to improve measurement accuracy and response speed.
