Thank you for visiting Sino-Inst. We are committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery services for industrial measurement and automation products to customers worldwide. The following are Sino-Inst’s shipping, returns, refunds, and warranty policies.

I. Shipping Instructions

  1. Delivery Area

Sino-Inst supports shipping to multiple countries and regions worldwide, including but not limited to: USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Italy, Brazil, Argentina.

  1. Carriers

We will select the appropriate shipping method based on the product characteristics, weight, volume, destination, and customs clearance requirements of the order, including but not limited to:

DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, Air Freight, Sea Freight

To improve shipping efficiency, Sino-Inst generally does not offer services where customers can specify their own carrier unless confirmed in writing by both parties in advance.

  1. Shipping Costs

Order shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:

  • Product weight and volume
  • Receiving country/region
  • Shipping method
  • Whether it includes customized or special packaging requirements

Before you submit your order, we will check the shipping cost for you. You can review it before confirming payment and decide whether to continue with the order.

  1. Order Processing and Shipping Time

Most orders will be processed as soon as possible after payment confirmation. Actual shipping time depends on:

  • Product inventory
  • Whether it is a customized product
  • Factory production schedule
  • Destination and shipping method

During holidays, customs inspections, severe weather, or force majeure events, shipping and arrival times may be extended accordingly.

  1. Logistics Tracking

After the order is shipped, if the carrier provides a tracking number, we will send you tracking information so you can check the shipping status.

  1. Out-of-Stock and Phased Shipping

If some products in your order are temporarily out of stock, Sino-Inst may ship the in-stock items first, and then reship the remaining items once the out-of-stock items arrive. If we arrange for shipment in batches, we will generally not charge you additional shipping fees repeatedly.

  1. Receiving and Signing for Goods

Please check the outer packaging and the condition of the goods before signing for the package. If you find obvious damage to the outer box, shortage of goods, incorrect model, or abnormal transportation, please retain evidence upon signing and contact Sino-Inst as soon as possible so that we can assist in handling claims, replacements, or refunds.

  1. Address Change

If you need to change your shipping address before your order is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

If the order has already been shipped or is in transit, address changes may incur additional costs, which are usually borne by the buyer. Sino-Inst will assist in handling delays, additional costs, or delivery failures caused by address changes during transit, but will not be liable for unconditional returns or refunds.

  1. Taxes and Customs Clearance

International orders may incur import duties, value-added tax, customs clearance fees, or other local fees in the destination country/region. Unless otherwise expressly stated, these fees are usually borne by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for cooperating with local customs clearance requirements and providing necessary documentation.

II. Return Policy

1. Generally, we supply customized products and do not support returns. For returns due to non-quality reasons, the return shipping costs are usually borne by the buyer.

2. Returns are generally not supported in the following situations:

  • Products that have been used, installed, tested, or damaged by human error;
  • Customized products, non-standard products, or products specially manufactured according to customer requirements;
  • Problems caused by customer error in selection, mispurchase, or misoperation;
  • Missing packaging, accessories, serial number labels, or goods that cannot be restored to their original sales condition;
  • Orders exceeding the acceptable return period.

3. Handling Problematic Goods

If you receive goods with the following problems, please contact Sino-Inst as soon as possible after discovery, providing photos, videos, and order information:

  • Received the wrong model or quantity;
  • Damage during transportation;
  • Missing accessories or parts;
  • Obvious manufacturing defects or quality problems.

Upon verification, Sino-Inst will arrange the following based on the specific circumstances:

  • Replacement of missing parts;
  • Product replacement;
  • Partial refund;

III. Return Process

1. Submit an Application

Please contact Sino-Inst customer service or the sales team and provide the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name and Model
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos or videos of the return (if applicable)

2. Review and Return Authorization

Please do not return items without prior confirmation from Sino-Inst.

After review and approval, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address (including RMA/return authorization information, if applicable).

3. Return Deadline

After your return application is approved, please complete the return shipment within 14 days. Failure to ship within this period may invalidate the return application.

4. Inspection and Refund

Upon receiving the returned goods, Sino-Inst will inspect their condition.

If the product meets the refund criteria, we will typically arrange a refund within 7 business days. The actual arrival time depends on the original payment method and the processing time of the bank/payment platform.

IV. Warranty Policy

Sino-Inst provides a 1-2 year limited warranty for all products. The specific warranty period is subject to the product page, quotation, order confirmation document, or a written agreement between both parties.

1. Warranty Period Commencement

The warranty period typically begins from the following date:

  • Customer receipt date, or
  • Invoice date / Shipping date (as agreed in the transaction documents between both parties)

2. Warranty Scope

Under normal installation, normal use, and proper maintenance conditions, if the product malfunctions due to material or manufacturing defects, Sino-Inst will provide the following based on the actual situation:

  • Technical support;
  • Parts replacement;
  • Product repair;
  • Replacement with an equivalent product or equivalent solution.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are generally not covered by the warranty:

  • Damage caused by human error, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair;
  • Abnormal working environment or use beyond specifications;
  • Improper installation or failure to operate according to the instructions;
  • Wear and tear on consumable parts and natural wear and tear;
  • Damage caused by external electrical, mechanical, chemical, or environmental factors.

4. Warranty Fee Explanation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, warranty service does not automatically include on-site service, international round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, or third-party testing fees. Specific liability allocation will be determined based on the nature of the problem and the order agreement.
