Explosion proof pressure switch is an intelligent digital display pressure measurement and control product that integrates pressure measurement, display, output and control. Our Sino-Inst Explosion Proof Pressure Switch is a fully electronic structure. The front end adopts an oil-filled piezoresistive pressure sensor with an isolation diaphragm. It is converted by high-precision A/D and processed by microprocessor. It is widely used in hydropower, petroleum, chemical industry, machinery, hydraulic and other industries to measure, display and control the pressure of fluid media on-site.

installation
Mechanical connection:
It can be directly installed on the hydraulic pipeline through the pressure pipe joint (M20*1.5) (other size joints can be specified when ordering). In critical applications (e.g. severe vibrations or shocks), pressure pipe connections can be mechanically decoupled via micro-hoses. Please note that when the measuring range is less than 100KPa, it must be installed vertically.
Electrical connections:
In order to prevent the influence of electromagnetic interference, the following matters should be paid attention to, and the line connection should be as short as possible. Use shielded wire. Try to avoid direct proximity to user equipment or wiring of electrical and electronic equipment that may cause interference. If installed with micro hoses, the housing must be separately grounded.
