Electronic pressure switch is a type of pressure switch based on electronic pressure sensor. By welding the 316l diaphragm to sense pressure, the pressure sensor converts the physical signal into an electrical signal, which is amplified and processed into a standard analog signal output or solid-state relay output.
This pressure switch has a built-in precision pressure sensor. The pressure signal is amplified through a high-precision instrumentation amplifier. Data is collected and processed through high-speed MCU. Generally, 4-digit LED is used to display pressure in real time. Relay signal output, upper and lower limit control points can be set freely. Small hysteresis, anti-vibration, fast response, stable and reliable, high accuracy (accuracy is generally ±0.5%F.S, and can reach ±0.2%F.S).
The hysteresis setting can effectively protect the control equipment from repeated actions caused by pressure fluctuations. It is a high-precision equipment that detects pressure and liquid level signals and realizes pressure and liquid level monitoring and control.
The signal transmitted by the pressure sensor is an analog quantity, usually a current value, and changes linearly with the output pressure, which can reflect the real-time pressure value in the system.
The pressure sensor is composed of a pressure-sensitive element and a conversion circuit. It uses the pressure of the measured medium to produce a slight change in current or voltage output on the pressure-sensitive element. Sensors often need to be used in conjunction with external amplification circuits to complete the process from pressure detection to control and display.
Since the pressure sensor is a primary component, the signal fed back by the pressure sensor needs to be processed, analyzed, stored, and controlled through the measurement and control system to make industrial automation equipment and engineering operation control more intelligent. The output of the pressure sensor can be an analog signal or a digital signal, which is convenient for post-processing. It can also be turned into a standard transmitter signal for remote transmission.
The pressure switch transmits a switching signal, usually 24VDC or 0VDC. The pressure value is generally adjustable.
The pressure switch is a functional switch that automatically turns on or off when the set pressure is reached. The switch can only be opened or closed under the pressure you give, and is used for simple position control. They are all switching outputs. It’s just that the output nodes or node types provided by the pressure switch are relatively single.
