Flange to Flange Reaction Torque Sensor is suitable for measuring torque values in static and non-continuous rotation. It adopts the principle of resistance strain, with high precision, stable and reliable performance, large measuring range and easy installation and use.
Both ends of this product are connected by flanges. It is used for static torque testing of automobile parts inspection, torque wrenches, valves, etc. with a rotation angle of less than 360°.

Flange to Flange Reaction Torque Sensor uses strain gauge electrical measurement technology. A strain bridge is formed on the elastic shaft. The electrical signal of the elastic shaft being torsion can be measured by supplying power to the strain bridge. After the strain signal is amplified, it is converted into a frequency signal proportional to the torsion through voltage/frequency conversion. Or it can directly output a standard 4~20mA current signal and a 1~5V voltage signal.
