
Corrosion-resistant magnetic level indicator is used for measuring the level of various corrosive and toxic liquids in storage tanks during industrial production. It is particularly suitable for acidic and alkaline solutions with low operating temperatures and pressures. The liquid-contacting parts of this level gauge are made of PP or PVC material, and can also be made of stainless steel lined with PTFE using a stretching process. The entire display has no blind spots, is safe and reliable, and has a long service life.

Featured Applications
The corrosion-resistant magnetic level indicator is particularly suitable for measuring the level and interface of corrosive liquids with relatively low requirements and cost sensitivity.
The side-mounted, lined magnetic level indicator (PTFE) is suitable for level measurement in corrosive media at high operating temperatures. It employs an advanced stainless steel liner with PTFE stretching and flanging technology, resulting in a reliable structure and long service life. It is the preferred choice for level measurement of highly corrosive media such as hydrofluoric acid.
The lined magnetic level indicator is available with F4 (PTFE) or F46 (FEP) lined floats. The F4 (PTFE) liner is suitable for level measurement of most highly corrosive liquids; the F46 (FEP) liner is suitable for level measurement of highly penetrating and highly corrosive liquids, such as liquid chlorine and bromine.
The PP type magnetic level indicator is a commonly used corrosion-resistant level gauge. For the same measurement range, it weighs only about 1/5 of a standard magnetic level gauge, greatly facilitating on-site installation. It is suitable for electrochemical water treatment, sewage treatment, printing and dyeing industries, as well as for measuring other acidic media immiscible with PP.
