Alcohol Concentration Meter Working Principle
The online alcohol concentration meter uses an acoustic frequency signal source to excite a metal resonator. The resonator then vibrates freely at its center frequency. This frequency has a corresponding relationship with the density of the liquid it is in contact with. Therefore, the liquid density can be measured by analyzing the frequency.
Temperature compensation is then applied to eliminate system drift due to temperature changes. The concentration is then calculated at 20°C based on the relationship between the liquid density and concentration.

Distilled Alcohol Brewing Industry

The distillation workshop production line prioritizes intelligent and digital production, requiring segmented collection of alcohol concentration. The grain in the distillation tower, after distillation, produces alcohol that flows into the tank via a condenser. The system controls the alcohol in three stages based on concentration, equipped with fully enclosed, hygienic, automatic control valves.
Stage 1: As distillation time progresses, the first distillate (heads) containing impurities emerges. The system collects and controls the heads, approximately 5 kg, via a time setting. At this point, the valve opens, allowing the heads to flow into the tank until the set time is reached, at which point the valve closes. This can be adjusted according to different baijiu brewing processes.
Stage 2: After head separation, this is the crucial stage of the process. The valve opens, and the system collects and stores the mash with alcohol concentrations of strong aroma (75%~55%)/sesame aroma (≥20%) in this tank. It can be graded according to different aroma types and alcohol concentrations. The corresponding valve opens for grading collection when the alcohol concentration falls below the minimum range. When the concentration meter detects an alcohol concentration below the minimum range, the valve closes.
Note: Due to different brewing processes requiring different alcohol percentages, the system can directly set the alcohol percentage range based on the winery’s actual needs.
Third Stage: Tail Wine Collection. When the alcohol percentage is below the minimum set value, all valves are closed, and the tail wine valve is opened for effective collection.
