
The explosion-proof target flow switch is mainly designed for industrial explosion-proof areas. When the flow rate exceeds the set value, the fluid pushes the baffle and drives the micro switch on the top through the mechanical device in the water flow switch. It is usually used in places where interlocking action or flow interruption protection is required.
The explosion-proof grade of SI-01BS target explosion-proof flow switch is ExiaIIC T6 Ga.

Target Explosion-proof Flow Switch Working Principle
The explosion-proof target flow switch uses the flow of water to drive the blade to test whether the liquid in the pipe is flowing. When the liquid does not flow in the pipe, the spring presses the magnet down to make the blade vertical. At this time, the reed switch does not work and the contact is in the normally open (NO) position.
When there is liquid flowing in the pipe and the liquid flow is enough to push the blade up about 20°~30°, the eccentric transmission plate above the blade pushes the magnet up, and the suction of the magnet causes the reed switch to work, and the contact is connected (closed). Due to the different pipe diameters, the blade length also needs to change accordingly. The product has a variety of target lengths to choose from. Users can choose the appropriate length according to the pipe diameter and flow switching value to meet the control requirements.
